Philanthropy The weekend of April 7th, saw the chapter participating in two philanthropy events. The first, Relay for life Life on Saturday, was hosted by a DU sorority as a fundraiser for the fight against Cancer. Kappa Sigma brothers took turns walking the track in the twelve-hour event.
Gamma-Xi hosted their own fundraiser the following day by organizing an all campus volleyball tournament next to Lamson Lodge. The chapter raised over $300 for the event, which was blessed with good weather. The chapter supports veterans by supporting the Wounded Warriors charity since 2006.

It's almost time for spring break! Do you remember those days? The thrill of putting books and papers behind you for a week of fun and (hopefully) sun. If you had a great spring trip, let us know about it! Maybe you and a few brothers caught some grapefruit league games in Florida. Or maybe you did some hiking. Whatever it was, tell us about your adventures by going Read More >
I first met Don as the Chapter GM in 1971 at one of the yearly Board meetings for which all past presidents are familiar. It can easily be said that Don was the most demanding of the Board members. He was also one of the most critical, especially of sticky floors. But he was always tremendously supportive of the good that he saw and would defend the chapter against all outsiders – including

Did any of them make a decision that you thought was brave? Maybe you were the president and you learned valuable lessons about bringing people together without ostracizing anyone.
