This picture is today’s growing Gamma-Xi Chapter. So often, we ask a lifetime of experience from these young men who are often under 22 years of age. During our years as undergraduates, there was reassurance in knowing that alumni were looking out for our best interest. Now, as alumni, we understand that we cannot ask a lifetime of experience from young men who are just learning what leadership means. We have to show them. That is how we learned. So, please take a few minutes in 2015 to stop by the house and share your experience and advice with our brothers.
