Richard Hotaling Says He’d Love to Connect with Kappa Sigma Brothers

We recently surveyed our members and asked them all about the Kappa Sigma experience. Richard Hotaling ’54 said,“The Kappa Sigma experience was a great four years. I wish Ohio was closer to California so I could participate more easily as an alum.” He also added that he’d love to reconnect with the brothers he’s lost touch with.
Alumnus Says He’s Most Grateful for Kappa Sigma Friendships

C. Pfeiffer Trowbridge ’50 recently told us what he’s been up to lately. He said, “I’m thankful that the Kappa Sigma experience gave me friendship with other men.” He’s now retired after 42 years of serving a a Circuit Judge in Florida, and although he’s facing some health issues, which have caused him to become wheelchair bound, he’s enjoying spending time with his five children, six grandchildren, and dogs.
Gamma Xi Chapter Seeking Two Assistant Alumni Advisors

The Gamma Xi Chapter is currently searching for two alumni who are living in the Central Ohio area to serve as Assistant Alumni Advisors. The principle duty of this role is to attend chapter meetings (usually Sunday or Monday evenings) once a week or a couple times per month as able. Alumnus Still in Touch with Brothers 68 Years Later

Thomas Gray ’48 recalls many memories from his days at the Kappa Sigma house, even 68 years after he left. He says he still keeps in touch with some of his brothers and shared a few of his favorite memories from the Gamma Xi chapter.
Alumnus Expresses Gratitude for Kappa Sigma Friendships and Shares Exciting Update

We recently asked our alumni members what they would thank Kappa Sigma for if given the chance and Arthur Kleck ’53 said that his fraternity brothers made his college experience much more enjoyable. He also added that he was recently able to check an item off his bucket list by getting his book, called “What You See is What You Hit,” published.
