Almost 75% of us Have Never Contributed!

Our annual fund for the 2015-2016 giving year began on September 1 and, so far, we have not received any donations toward our goal of $5,000 from 50 donors. Our giving year is half-way over and we haven’t even made a dent in it. Did you know that almost 75% of all alumni have never made a donation back to Gamma-Xi Chapter?

Gamma-Xi Chapter Depends On You

As an alumnus, you may not have Gamma-Xi Chapter at the top of your priority list. Maybe you’ve lost touch, maybe you’ve gotten caught up with your job, your family and a life of your own. There are many reasons you might not be as close to the chapter as you’d like, but there’s one big reason why you should be.
Without your help, there may not be a Gamma-Xi Chapter.

Gamma-Xi Undergrad Makes a Splash!

Our congratulations to Brother Conrad Wuorinen, an economics and chemistry junior from the Columbus area. Conrad was featured this month by The Columbus Dispatch for his standout performance as a member of Denison’s swimming and diving team. “According to his coach, Wuorinen has established himself as one of the fastest sprinters among small-college swimmers,” the article reads. “He won three event titles as last year’s North Coast Athletic Conference championships and posted six all-American swims at the Division III championships.” Click below to read more about Brother Wuorinen’s swimming accomplishments.
Can You Help Us Find Sam, Barry and Neil?

We need your help. Currently, we have email addresses for 617 of our 868 Gamma-Xi active alumni. That is only 71%. As we strive to hit 100%, we are asking you to help us find those we are missing. Remember, we use email communication as a way to keep our brotherhood updated monthly about upcoming events, chapter news and the latest with our alumni. We also use it as a way to grow our annual fund to support our alumni relations program. Can anyone help us with the email addresses for Sam Buracker ’90, Barry Schaevitz ’82 or Neil Smith ’71? Click below to submit your information for these three or others who are missing.
